Is it safe to order through QuiltedClassics.com? TOP

In a word, Yes.  Our site is hosted and administered on servers that offer sophisticated authentication and encryption programs that insure your personal information is protected.
We work hard to provide you with a safe and secure shopping experience.  Our respect for your privacy is immense and we would never sell or give your information to others.

When will my order ship? TOP
Your order will be placed into process within a few hours of your placing it.  Our system charges your preffered payment method when the order is placed.  Most of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive at your address. If there are going to be any prolonged delays (due to inventory shortages, etc) we will be in touch with you as soon as we know about them.

Does QuiltedClassics.com accept returns? TOP

We make every effort to provide all of our customers with high quality merchandise and impeccable customer service.  Our return policies are listed below.  In order to protect our customers and prevent any confusion, we would like you to read these before you order. 
  • We certainly allow for the return of items.
  • All request for returns must be made within 5 days of receipt. You should email us at Info@QuiltedClassics.com with the subject "Return Authorization Needed" and a complete description of the reason for the request. 
  • QuiltedClassics.com will then issue you a Return Authorization Number that must accompany the shipment back to us.
  • Returns will only be accepted if they are in original condition and are in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • If the reason for the return is a defective product, QuiltedClassics.com will refund your full payment and reimburse the return shipping once the item is received. 
  •  If the return is a customer accomodation, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping. Once the item is received payment excluding shipping will be refunded.  If an exchange is being made the customer will be responsible for the return shipping and shipping of exchange.
  • The Return Authorization Numbers expire 10 days after issuance. If a return is received after the RA Number expires, we will not be able to process your return.
  • We do not accept customer accomodation returns on personalized items. 

How Accurate are the Pictures? TOP
We make every effort to have the most accurate pictures of our products listed. However, because this is an online retailer and all computers and monitors are different, we cannot guarantee an exact color match.

Sorry...I changed my mind...can I cancel my order? TOP
Due to the fact that we process the orders within a very short timeframe, we can only accept cancellations within a 12 hr time period after the order is placed.  If you decide within the first 12 hrs that you want to cancel your order, please email us at Info@QuiltedClassics.com with the subject "Order Cancellation".  Please give us all the needed information (item ordered, billing and shipping name and address) and we will process the cancellation.

Your prices look great, but do you charge an arm and a leg for shipping like some sites do? TOP

We know that everyone loves the ease and simplicity of ordering online.  The main drawback is often the high cost to ship the items.  We elminate that drawback here at QuiltedClassics.com by offering flat rate shipping.  All orders ship for only $6.50.....Unless your order comes to more than $100...and then it ships FREE! 
 
No Surprises on Shipping Costs here....you never pay more than $6.50...no matter what you order!

Are all items in stock and ready to ship? TOP

We have many of our items shipped directly from the manufacturer.  This process helps us keep the cost of our products down as we reduce the amount of shipping cost that has to be incurred in the final cost to you.  Most items are in stock and ready to ship.  If we find that an item is backordered, we make every effort to mark it as "sold out" on our site.  In the event that an item you order is on backorder we will notify you and let you decide if you want to wait or cancel the order.

Do you charge sales tax? TOP

If an order is shipped to an address in North Carolina, we are required to collect 6.5% sales tax on the total order.  If you are having an order shipped outside North Carolina, we do not charge sales tax, but we would recommend that you check out the online sales tax requirements in your state.   

I am ready to order...what payment methods do you accept? TOP

We accept Visa, Discover and Mastercard Credit or Debit Cards and payments via Paypal.  Checks and Money Orders are also accepted.  Orders paid for with a Check or Money Order will be held until the payment has cleared. Payments can be sent to:

How will my order ship? TOP
 We ship via UPS ground or USPS priority mail.  Which we use depends upon the location, size of order, and point of shipment.
